We've been shopping at Bean's estate sales for 3 years now.  True, we are the biggest bargain shoppers ever.  But their sales allow us to do just that, find a bargain.  Their inventory is clean and nicely displayed, and their prices are reasonable to basement bargain prices.   Brad and Brian give exceptional service along with all their helpers.  (They even used their palm phone to email my daughter to ck her size when she was without a phone! Now that's service).  I am excited about their new mall.  I hope to get in on as their first dealers.  They'll be as great at this as they are at estate sales.  Gene and I wish you luck, guys! My husband Dwight and I have shopped at Brian's sales for several years.  I called Brian when I needed to sell items when moving from Nichols Hills to Quail Creek 3 years ago. Dwight thought I should have a garage sale but I knew I needed more help.  Brian and Brad worked tirelessly all week sorting and pricing and we had  fabulous sale!  For my "partial living estate sale",we made over $9,000 and the fee we paid to Brian was well worth it!  I never could have had such a successful sale on my own!  I still enjoy shopping at the Brian's sales and we will call him when we move again!  Debbie Ellis

I have been shopping at their sales for over 10 years,   They have always been so sweet and nice to me and everyone I know.   I have never shopped at a place with nicer helpers

We used James Bean and co 3 years ago to liquidate my mothers home.   Brian and his crew was really great.   They were very knowlegable and did an amazing job.   Thanks
