Exquisite Collection Estate Sale | One of the Largest Private Homes in Oklahoma by James Bean Estate Sales
Open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
Everything must be picked up by 5:00 pm on Monday. We do not assist with loading furniture, and you must bring your own tools. To load large items from the driveway, what is being moved must be staged on the front porch and ready to load prior to bringing the vehicle to the driveway. Once the furniture is ready to load, you must get a parking pass from a staff member (or police officer). Please keep out your receipt until you are done moving your items.
Absolutely no dogs or pets allowed on-property (including service animals).
Absolutely no food or drink allowed in the house.
No parking on Sunset Drive. Please, park appropriately and legally on a side street. The driveway is only for loading.
The John Porter Company did the previous estate sale held in 2013.

Our estate sale will be held in one of the largest private homes in Oklahoma. The family sought world-class furnishings, art, and décor.
